At Nomad the Label, we want you to feel effortless and confident in every piece. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure garments are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original compostable mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
